The powder dosing system developed and patented by Roxane allows the automation of the dosing of the most complex solid products. The control system combined with an innovative mechanical system allows for unequalled levels of dosing accuracy, and adapts the flow rate to the quantities required for the benefit of the productivity.
Used technologies
Thanks to the brewing functions and automatic adjustment of dosing parameters, the powder modules allow the dosing of any type of powder or crystals without any specific material processing, nor specific storage conditions or ambient air treatment.
Organisation and setup
Roxane powder machines can be combined with liquid dosing machines or completely independent. Fitted with a storage conveyor or supplied by a warehouse, they are fully autonomous. The Roxane powder machines are equipped with hoppers with capacities of 6 liters, 8.5 liters, 10 liters or 20 liters. The accuracy of the weighing and the capacity of the sampling are linked to the scale with which the module is equipped.
