Compo Manager
The Compo Manager software allows the production workshop to be configured at the IT level, i.e to inform the BDD (behavior driven development) about the configuration of resources, the distribution of products in stocks as well as batches, the links between stocks and locations, between containers and resources, and general parameters. Compo manager allows the management of all the customer’s raw materials as well as the management of specific dosing tolerances per product and per robot.
General supervisor
The general supervisor software allows the status of the Roxane workshop to be displayed in real time. It is a watch monitor that allows operators to react quickly in the event of a problem and to take appropriate actions. It operates in real time, i.e what is happening currently in the workshop. General Supervisor allows you to take care of the OF in progress, the GUI consists of a quick visualization of the resources, the stock on alert and the OF. It is a complementary application to Compo Manager.
ROBOTS SUPERVISOR
The Robots Supervisor software allows the robot to be configured, its communication with the computer as well as the location parameters in order to display the robot status and the current manufacturing order. The Robots Supervisor allows the exchange of information in real time with the General Supervisor so that the latter can obtain a constantly updated state of the production. In addition, this application also queries the database and has a log that provides a history of events that took place.
Manual weighing

The Manual Weighing Supervisor allows you to select a manufacturing order to display the list of materials to be weighed, and then to manage the weighing of these materials. It can communicate with one or more scales and display the weight indicated in real time. Its role is to trace and support the manual execution of a set of weighing. The Manual Weighing Supervisor can manage the movement of the semi-automatic storage units in order to bring the requested material to the operator.
