L’utilisation de balances de haute précision couplées aux vannes de dosages Inox PTFE brevetées permet l’exécution rapide et précise de prélèvement de quelques dizaines de grammes à plusieurs centaines de kilos. Chaque prélèvement de la composition est exécuté et tracé unitairement pour palier à tout risque de pollution croisée ou non-conformité.
The Roxane GT has been developed to provide an innovative, reliable and high performance solution to composition workshops. Its streamlined design makes it easy to use and significantly reduces maintenance and associated costs. The different valve sizes available and the specific raw materials processing solutions (heated, filtered, inerted) are also involved in the construction of a tailor-made solution.
The Roxane GT consists of a frame supporting the 3-axis running rails of the dosing carts and the dosing valves. These valves are connected to the piping network that links them to the raw materials stock located on an upper level (concrete level or metal platform). The dimensions, the number of connected raw materials and the number of dosing carts are fully customisable to perfectly fit the layout constraints and automation objectives.
