Quality, precision

The use of high-precision scales together with patented PTFE stainless steel dosing valves allows fast and accurate sampling from a few grams to several tens of kilos. Each sampling of the composition is carried out and traced individually to avoid any risk of cross-pollution or non-compliance.
Used technologies
The Roxane GT has been developed to provide an innovative, reliable and high performance solution to composition workshops. Its streamlined design makes it easy to use and significantly reduces maintenance and associated costs. The different valve sizes available and the specific raw materials processing solutions (heated, filtered, inerted) are also involved in the construction of a tailor-made solution.
Organisation and setup
The Roxane GT consists of a frame supporting the 3-axis running rails of the dosing carts and the dosing valves. These valves are connected to the piping network that links them to the raw materials stock located on an upper level (concrete level or metal platform). The dimensions, the number of connected raw materials and the number of dosing carts are fully customisable to perfectly fit the layout constraints and automation objectives.
